I bet you thought we forgot all about the Mayday Screening. And we did! But then we remembered. And we remembered it so hard that we got a musical band! And other cool stuff! It’s going to be totally amazing! All are welcome, so spread the word far and wide. Best of all, the top 12 Mayday films of 2007 will be screened, voted upon, and awarded all of the hottest prizes.*
We’re also trying some new things this year. We’re adding a “Networking Table,” where any Mayday team is welcome to lay down any goodies they might want the public to have. Business cards, headshots, demo reels, whatever you think might be useful for the fine filmmaking folks who attend the Mayday screening to have. Hopefully something beautiful will come of it, and people will look back fondly and say “I wish they had called it something cooler than ‘the Networking Table.’”
So here is all the information you could ever want in life. Tell your friends. Shout it from the rooftops. Mayday!
